3C is an interesting piece of theatre taking the much-loved sitcom of Three's Company to the extreme with the highs and lows of the life of Brad, Connie, and Linda. The Ringwald is the first theatre in Michigan to present play by David Adjmi that will shock the audience, make them laugh, and creep them out just a little a bit.

Inspired by the 1970s sitcom Three's Company, the play takes place in the apartment of Connie and Linda and their soon-to-be roommate Brad. Happening all in one day like an episode, the audience gets a glimpse into their lives the night after the going away party of their first roommate and they learn how Brad comes to live with Connie and Linda. What ensues is the mayhem of their life: a lot darker, a lot funnier, and whole lot different than the Three's Company fans of the show will remember.

Sydney Lepora plays the role of Linda and she is a bright light on stage. It is hard not watch Lepora's exuberant performance whether she has the spotlight or is sitting back in the corner. Jake Rydell plays the role of Brad. Rydell has exceptional range easily makes the audience feel the struggle that his character is going through. He is extremely funny, completely endearing, and does an outstanding job with the role. Dyan Bailey plays the role of Mrs. Wickers and is one of the true highlights of the production. Bailey is fantastic from the second she enters the stage until her last moment on it. The rest of the cast is rounded out by Kelly Komlen (Linda), Dave Davies (Mr. Wicker), and Bryan Lark (Terry).

3C is filled with hilarious antics, intense moments, and some deeply disturbing ones as well that make it not the Three's Company everyone remembers, but definitely not one they will forget.

Please note: 3C contains adult language and situations.

3C is currently running now through December 12th at The Ringwald in Ferndale. For more information or tickets, visit www.TheRingwald.com.
