The 48th Annual Carbonell Awards will take place on November 17, 2025, at FAU’s University Theatre in Boca Raton, celebrating outstanding achievements in South Florida's theater scene. This year's ceremony will honor notable individuals and productions across 20 competitive categories, while also presenting several prestigious Special Awards, including the Bill Hindman Award, given to Beverly Blanchette for her significant contributions to the region's cultural life and arts education. The event promises a gathering of prominent figures in the arts, including producers Andrew Kato and Eloisa Ferrer, in a night reminiscent of Broadway's Tony Awards.
