This all-new production of the timeless classic mesmerizes audiences of all ages from the first note to the final breath. Based on a conception of Jerome Robbins and featuring a book by Arthur Laurents, the Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim score is considered to be one of Broadway's finest and features beloved American musical theatre classics including "Something's Coming," "Tonight," "America," "I Feel Pretty" and "Somewhere." With an extraordinary cast, incredible choreography and an iconic score soaring throughout, theatregoers will fall in love with West Side Story all over again.

West Side Story tells the tragic love story between lead characters Maria, portrayed by Sarah Amengual, and Tony, played by Tim Quartier, each from different neighborhoods and ethnicities in New York City. The strength of their love cannot overcome the hatred between warring street gangs the Sharks and the Jets. Sarah Amengual is reprising her role as Maria from the recent Broadway revival production of West Side Story, and Tim Quartier is making his Actors' Playhouse debut as Tony having after completing a run of LES MISERABLES at Orlando Shakespeare Theater & Little Theatre on the Square. Riff, the leader of the Jets, is played by Theo Lencicki who is reprising his role of Riff from the National Tour of West Side Story, with other touring credits that include A Chorus Line and Young Frankenstein.

Marco Antonio Santiago joins the cast as Bernardo after performing West Side Story in London and on the international tour. Isabelle McCalla plays Anita, direct from the Asolo Repertory Theatre in Sarasota where she just portrayed the same role in their run of West Side Story.

Directed by the award-winning David Arisco, the Sharks will be comprised of Jose Luaces, Christie Prades, Brian Varela, Jessica Brooke Sanford, Macia Mac George, Valentina Izarra, Hugo E. Moreno, Marilyn Caserta and Jimmy A. Arguello. The Jets include Drew Arisco, Sarah Crane, Robbie Smith, Lindsay Bell, Karl Skyler Urban, Nikki Allred Boyd, Brian DiRito, Jacqueline Lopez, Brandon Matthew McCleskey and Emily Tarallo.
