Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall Presents Pink Floyd's THE WALL Live 3/20
Pink Floyd's epic album The Wall is presented live on stage at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall on Saturday, Mar. 20 at 8 p.m.
The show, the quintessential rock opera about the dark side of fame and rock and roll, is presented by Classic Albums Live - a group of highly accomplished musicians who faithfully recreate the rock opera (but do not impersonate-or dress up like-Pink Floyd). Tickets are $30-$40 (with a limited number of "smart seats" priced at $10).
The Wall, listed as number 87 on Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, achieved number one on the Billboard 200 and has worldwide sales of over 30 million copies.
For more information and to buy tickets, contact the Van Wezel Box Office at 941- 953-3368 or log onto www.vanwezel.org. Dinner is available prior to most shows by Michael's on East at the Van Wezel by calling (941) 366-0007 or logging onto www.bestfood.com.
