Due to the continuing success of the Comedy Zone and Howl at the Moon evenings at Riverside Theatre, Vegas Nights returns for the entire month of July 2017.

In addition to the professional stand-up comedians and dueling pianists performing on the Waxlax Stage, patrons are invited to our exciting Las Vegas-style casino night parties with live entertainment inside and outside the theatre. Play a game of chance at the blackjack and craps tables, or get a lucky hand at Caribbean poker. Play with our 'casino money' and then cash in your winnings for raffle tickets to win some great prizes. All proceeds benefit children's theatre scholarships and at Riverside Theatre.

"We experienced great success with Vegas Nights last summer," says Jon Moses, Managing Director of Riverside Theatre. "People really enjoyed the different activities offered. We hope people return and enjoy as we continue to make each weekend a fun experience."

On Saturday, July 8th Riverside Theatre will be hosting a new event to raise additional funds for Children's Theatre scholarships with a Texas Hold'em Tournament. A variation of poker, Texas Hold'em involves two cards dealt face down for each player with five community cards dealt face up. Each player seeks the best five card poker hand from the combination of their cards and the community cards. The tournament is scheduled to begin at 6:30 pm. Donations to participate in the tournament are $100 per person with the winner receiving a special grand prize.

The Live in the Loop outdoor stage will feature local bands on Friday and Saturday evenings and delicious food hot off the grill will be supplied by Café 66.

The authentic casino-style gaming tables are provided for entertainment purposes only. All proceeds will benefit children's theatre scholarships. (Must be 18 years or older to play.)
