GC COMEDY PRESENTS A THANKSGIVING COMEDY THEATER SHOW: NOVEMBER 16 & 23-24 AT 8PM
"Thanks Forgiving!", a comedy theater production, will be a blend of Improvised, sketch and musical comedy in a multimedia presentation with audience participation all poking fun at the holiday of gorging and being thankful, Thanksgiving! The show will be presented by GC Comedy. Founded in November of 2004, this improv and sketch comedy troupe is gaining a reputation as South Florida's best.
"Thanks Forgiving!" will be the fourth of the brand new monthly shows that run through April 2008. GC Comedy's recent appearances include the 2007 Miami Improv Festival opening for The Groundlings from Los Angeles and Upright Citizens Brigade from New York City. It was their third straight year performing at the Miami Improv Festival, a collection of the nation's best Improv comedy troupes. GC Comedy has also been invited to perform on the main stage at Artigras 2006, as well as countless corporate training and entertainment events all across Palm Beach County, including the Kravis Center, The Maltz Jupiter Theater and The Cuillo Centre for the Arts. The group received a 2005 Impy award for best sketch comedy in Palm Beach County. GC
Comedy was also an integral part in raising thousands of dollars for the American Red Cross in 2004 and 2005, donating proceeds from their shows to benefit hurricane victims.
This one of a kind show will take place at the 175 seat Atlantic Theater located in Jupiter, Fl. The performances of "Thanks Forgiving!" are on November 16th and 23rd – 24th with all shows at 8pm.
