Palm Beach Dramaworks Announces Ashley Hinson Of WPTV To Narrate Event ImagePalm Beach Dramaworks is pleased to announce that Ashley Hinson, reporter for WPTV NewsChannel 5 and Fox 29, and anchor of the Fox 29 10 o'clock news, will narrate its upcoming event for Read Together Palm Beach County, the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County's "one book, one community" campaign in which adults throughout the area read the same book at the same time. The 2017 selection is A Man Called Ove, Fredrik Backman's New York Times bestseller that explores themes of youth, aging, reconciliation, and redemption.

On Tuesday, November 14, PBD will present excerpts from the book in the form of a staged reading narrated by Hinson and featuring professional actors. The reading will be followed by a discussion led by PBD Director of Education and Community Engagement Gary Cadwallader.

The event takes place at the Don & Ann Brown Theatre.
The hour-long program begins at 7pm; doors open at 6:30pm. A $5 donation for a general admission ticket may be purchased through the Literacy Coalition. Seats are limited and must be reserved in advance at www.LiteracyPBC.org.

Palm Beach Dramaworks is a non-profit, professional theatre and is a member of the Theatre Communications Group, the South Florida Theatre League, Florida Professional Theatres Association, and the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County.
For 28 years the Literacy Coalition of Palm Beach County has worked to improve the quality of life in our community by promoting and achieving literacy. By providing services to 30,000 adults, children and families each year, the Literacy Coalition's goal is for every child and every adult in Palm Beach County to be able to read.
The Don & Ann Brown Theatre is located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, at 201 Clematis Street.
