MusicWorks today announced that it would present the third of four concerts featuring iconic folk musicians on Wednesday, February 10 at Old School Square / Crest Theatre, located at 51 North Swinton Avenue in Delray Beach (one block north of Atlantic Avenue).

February 10 at 8 pm (Wednesday) TOM RUSH Now celebrating 50+ years of touring, Tom Rush has been thrilling audiences here and abroad with hits like No Regrets, Circle Game, Remember Song, Urge for Going and Merrimack County. As part of his 50th year celebration in 2012, Rush presented a gala show at Symphony Hall in Boston that was streamed live on the web, released as a DVD and later broadcast as a PBS special. His impact on the American music scene has been profound. He helped shape the folk revival in the '60s and the renaissance of the '80s and '90s, his music having left its stamp on generations of artists like James Taylor, Emmylou Harris, Tom Petty and Garth Brooks. His early recordings introduced the world to the work of Joni Mitchell, Jackson Browne and James Taylor. As vital and engaging as ever, Rush is still doing what audiences love him for: writing and playing ...passionately, tenderly...knitting together the musical traditions and talents of our times. He's also celebrating a YouTube hit, a song for his generation that's gone viral with almost 6.5 million views.

Tickets: $75 & $53, plus $2 historic renovation fee. Tickets for Tom Rush can be purchased online at OldSchool.org or by calling the Box Office at 561.243.7922, ext. 1.

The final artist in this series of classic folk rockers at Old School Square is Roger McGuinn of The Byrds on March 11.
