"The Licky Award" will be presented to three lucky winners for the most delicious action/adventure, comedy and drama film shown March 29 to April 2 during this year's Palm Beach International Film Festival - 2017.
"Haven't you ever seen a film so good, so delicious you could almost lick your lips with enjoyment?" asks PBIFF President Jeff Davis. "Well now thanks to one of our sponsors, San Bernardo Ice Cream (www.sanbernardoicecream.com), we will be the first film festival in the world to present "The Licky Award," said Davis.
PBIFF - 2017 celebrates both the history and the future of the film industry with five days of movies from around the globe, including post-screening discussions with filmmakers and cast, special events, parties, networking opportunities, industry panels, and student filmmaking programs presented with G-Star School of the Arts and Keiser University.
Filmmakers selected for competition in this year's annual festival have the opportunity to receive acknowledgment for their artistic work for Best Feature Film, Best Documentary Feature and Best Short Film.
