Programa de Música Vocal Sacra de Rodolfo Halffter y Paul Hindemith at Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura

Solistas Ensamble de Bellas Artes presents a program featuring sacred vocal music by Rodolfo Halffter and Paul Hindemith, conducted by Christian Gohmer. The concert includes Halffter's Pregón para una Pascua pobre, a hymn central to the Easter Vigil, and the Mexican premiere of Hindemith's Apparebit in repentina dies, a choral work based on an ancient Latin hymn. Joining the ensemble is narrator José María Álvarez, along with a brass and percussion group, emphasizing their focus on sacred music. Performances will take place at the Iglesia de San Bernardo and the Sala Hermilo Novelo at the Centro Cultural Ollin Yoliztli.
