Encuentros sonoros at Instituto Nacional de Bellas Artes y Literatura

Encuentros sonoros features the debut performance of celebrated Mexican pianist Juan Pablo Horcasitas as the invited soloist with the Orquesta de Cámara de Bellas Artes. Under the direction of Luis Manuel Sánchez, Horcasitas will perform Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 13, a demanding piece known for its complex dialogue between the soloist and orchestra. The concert will take place on June 12 and June 15, showcasing the artistry of Horcasitas, who has performed globally and teaches at the Conservatory of Wisconsin. The program also includes Ravel's arrangement of his Petite Symphonie pour cordes.
