The Orpheum Partners with JERSEY BOYS to Benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Now thru 12/13

By:

This holiday season the Broadway sensation JERSEY BOYS is shining the spotlight on the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital by offering a special ticket deal that will help make a difference. For select performances, theatergoers can save $10 off their JERSEY BOYS tickets and in return the show will donate an additional $10 to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

"In the spirit of the holiday season, we are proud to be partnering with producers of JERSEY BOYS to help support the important work happening at St. Jude," say Pat Halloran, Orpheum President & CEO.

The JERSEY BOYS ticket offer is good on select orchestra seats for the following performances:

· Tuesday, December 11th at 7:30 PM

· Wednesday, December 12th at 7:30 PM,

· Thursday December 13th at 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM

Tickets are available online only by visiting Ticketmaster.com and using the code STJUDE upon purchase. This offer is good for select orchestra seats and is limited to four tickets per customer. Other restrictions may apply.

JERSEY BOYS is the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning Best Musical about Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. This is the story of how four blue-collar kids became one of the greatest successes in pop music history. They wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide-all before they were 30! JERSEY BOYS features their hit songs "Sherry," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "Oh What a Night" and "Can't Take My Eyes Off You." JERSEY BOYS will play The Orpheum stage December 4th-16th.

Since opening 50 years ago, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has changed the way the world treats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. No family ever pays St. Jude for the care their child receives and, for every child treated here, thousands more have been saved worldwide through St. Jude discoveries. The hospital has played a pivotal role in pushing U.S. pediatric cancer survival rates from 20 to 80 percent overall, and is the first and only National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center devoted solely to children. It is also a leader in the research and treatment of blood disorders and infectious diseases in children. St. Jude was founded by the late entertainer Danny Thomas, who believed that no child should die in the dawn of life. Join that mission by visiting www.stjude.org or following us on www.facebook.com/stjude and www.twitter.com/stjude.
