We Live Here by Harold Ellis Clark will play as part of NewWorks@TheWorks at TheatreWorks, January 2 - January 25, 2015.

Francine and Calvin, a black couple from New Orleans' Lower 9th ward, win a house in a white neighborhood. When they catch a boy vandalizing their yard, they begin to worry that their "dream come true" may be too good to be true. We Live Here is a world premier production and a winner of the 2013 Playhouse on the Square NewWorks@TheWorks playwriting competition.

Playhouse on the Square company member Claire Kolheim (Best of Enemies, The Color Purple) is Francine and Jerry Rogers (Best of Enemies, Color Purple) plays her husband Calvin. Curtis C., returns to Memphis to play the role of Reverend Todd. Audiences may remember Curtis C. from his time as a Playhouse on the Square intern where he was in shows such as Working and Driving Miss Daisy. Fellow actors Michael J. Vails, Gabriel and Michael Corry, and Karin Barile join them.

We Live Here runs January 2nd - January 25th at TheatreWorks. Dr. Thomas Ratliff is the Circuit Playhouse Inc.
