The Mercy Seat by Neil LaBute plays The Bricks Theatre March 3 - 12, 2011. Directed by George Gonzalez, the show stars Molly Vanderlin and Peter Hunt. All tickets are $20 and can be purchased online. The Bricks Theatre is located at 827 East Washington Ave.

"In a time of national tragedy, the world changes over night. On September 12th 2001, Ben Harcourt finds himself in the downtown apartment of his lover, Abby Prescott - who also happens to be his boss. His endlessly ringing cell phone haunts their conversation as Ben and Abby explore the choices now available to them in an existence different from the ones they knew just the day before. Will Ben let his family know he's alive, or will he and Abby take this chance to create a new life for themselves?"
