An original holiday production that will help you remember the magical feeling from childhood when dreams of something wonderful beneath the tree were all you could think about for months before that special day. As Christmas approaches, things are going fine at Babes In Toyland, a toyshop owned and operated by an old toymaker. This toymaker is different, he takes in old and rejected toys, specialty toys that have been either discarded by boys and girls or toys that weren't put together quite like the more popular ones. Not knowing or caring that they are different, an assortment of toys enjoy a nice life together with the toymaker, singing, dancing and performing skits and sketches until one day the toyshop is vandalized and the cruelties of the outside world begin to threaten their existence. Performed at the Victor Jory Theatre at Actors Theatre.
