Touring and performing around the world - in concerts, classrooms and workshops- Yamato wants listeners to leave the performance with a new passion for life. With more than 10 years of experience, Yamato musicians put on a show packed with energy, talent and humor, honoring their origins of Japan.

The Yamato concerts are highly recommended for fans of STOMP and Blue Man group. The troupe has given 2,500 performances in 51 countries and regions around the world. The members of Yamato believe in the unique value of Taiko. A musical instrument familiar to natives of Japan, Taiko is a large drum that sounds a distinctive boom and is incorporated into the Yamato performance.
