The 2014 American Theatre Critics Association's Osborn Prize for Best New Play went to Topher Payne's PERFECT ARRANGEMENT and Pandora Productions will be one of the first theatre companies in the country to get the rights to perform it.

Set in Georgetown - 1950 when McCarthyism is creeping its way through the government, and the State Department has begun purging suspected homosexuals from the department's ranks. Norma, is a Department staffer who's entered a supposedly "perfect arrangement". She is married to Jim, a plucky young high-school teacher. Next door are the Martindales: Millie, a fastidious homemaker, and Bob, Norma's boss. Things are not as they would appear as secrets and real lovers are revealed going in and out ...and through a closet.

Generously sponsored by Michael Taggart Photography, PERFECT ARRANGEMENT will open on Thursday, November 13th and run the 14th, 15th, 20th, 21st and 22nd at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, November 16th and 23rd at 5:30 p.m. with a matinee on Saturday, November 22nd at 2:00 p.m. at The Henry Clay Theatre, 604 S. 3rd St., 3rd floor, Downtown Louisville.
