Having portrayed Rosemary Clooney numerous times in several professional regional theatre productions of Tenderly, The Rosemary Clooney Musical across the country, Kim Schroeder Long has a very special connection with the famous girl singer, and is excited to bring a brand new tribute cabaret to the Coachella Valley, Rosemary for Remembrance, debuting Sunday, May 4th, at the Joslyn Center’s Arthur Newman theatre in Palm Desert.
Joined by pianist and vocalist extraordinaire Joel Baker, and supported by a local star-studded roster of guest artists including Francesca Amari, LT and Vinny Cousineau, Frank Racina, Troy Garza, and Lizzie Schmelling, the show is a musical journey through Rosemary’s extraordinary life and times, and Long’s experiences communing with her spirit on and offstage. Tickets are $20 cash at the door, which opens at 2:30 PM for a 3 PM showtime.
