Laura Coker in association with the Whitefire Theatre presents the world premiere of FIREHOUSE by Pedro Antonio Garcia, directed by Bryan Rasmussen (Blood Brothers), consulting producer Robert 'Bobby' Moresco (co-writer CRASH).  Fridays only, 8pm, February 4 through April 29, 2011, at the Whitefire Theatre in Sherman Oaks.

Based on a true story, honor and loyalty clash with 'doing the right thing' in a South Bronx firehouse when a rookie fireman saves a fellow fireman instead of a 12 year-old girl also in the building, who dies as a result.  The community is outraged and comes to a boiling point in this intense drama where race, the code of honor, and love all play a part.

Cast features Kamar De Los Reyes (One Life to Live), Gerald Downey (Leverage), Jossara Jinaro (Passions), Ed Morrone (The Fugitive Chronicles), Elvis Nolasco (Miracle Boys), Bryan Rasmussen, and Jon Southwell (What Would Jesus Do?).
