It's been exactly ten years since the world watched as two young outcasts walked into their high school one afternoon and attempted to massacre hundreds of fellow students. Although failing in their original mission to kill 250 of their peers, the two teens left twelve students and a teacher fatally wounded, and many others scarred for life.

"The Columbine Project" examines exactly what went through minds that day of several of the victims, including the killers. This tear-jerking World Premiere Drama also examines racism and homophobia, issues that were hidden behind the Columbine High School walls.

Writer/Director Paul Storiale has spent six months of endless hours researching and writing about not only what has been public knowledge, but he has also conducted interviews with students who watched as the two boys plotted and attacked.

Filled with monologues straight from personal journals, and never revealed information, this staged true story will provide insight into who these young people were who 'chose to kill', and perhaps whose hands may share in the blood that was shed.

"the Columbine project" runs April 18 through May 9, 2009. The show has one preview April 17th, 8:00 pm. Performances are at the Avery Schreiber Theatre at 11050 Magnolia Blvd. in NoHo, Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 pm. Allow time for street parking.

Tickets are $15.
