Steve Chang Presents the World Premiere of A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME
A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME makes its world premiere at the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival. Written and performed by well-known comedian STEVE CHANG, who shares true, personal stories in a solo show about hardcore drugs, prostitution, and gay camping.
After questioning his life choices, Chang quits his job and travels to Peru to do Ayahuasca, a spiritually enlightening, hallucinogenic drug. The intense experience leads to even more questions, like is this existence even real? And why would anyone think this would be a good idea?
"I wrote the show because I've done some cool shit and I wanted to share it," Chang said. "Also there's some gay shit if you're into that too."
A Complete Waste of Time is a must-see comedy adventure told from Chang's unique perspective. The show is directed by John Flynn, who directs, performs, and teaches at the UCB Theater in Los Angeles.
"Ultimately I hope audiences will come away thinking this was a complete waste of time."
