At a very early age Rhonda O'Neal exemplified her leadership abilities as a manager of her mother's salon and at the age of 21 opened her very own. Entering into the hair industry with her mother Barbara Stroman (Mrs. B), Rhonda took over the scene becoming one of Houston's sought after hairstylist.
A trailblazer in the business of beauty, she started as a hairstylist for a local television station. Now 20 years later she is an educator and beauty director of several television productions, and hit blockbuster movies (Pirates of the Caribbean, Indiana Jones, Dreamgirls, and Argo), along with television (Access Hollywood, Dancing with the Stars, NCIS:LA, Modern Family, One on One, Hit the Floor and currently, Brooklyn Nine Nine), she shines amongst the stars in Los Angeles!
