THE 6th ACT presents a unique and multi-cultural look at one of the great literary characters of all time in William Shakespeare's HAMLET, directed by Matthew Leavitt and featuring June Carryl, Janet Greaves, Desiree Mee Jung, Luke McClure and Jonathan Medina, ALL as the Prince of Denmark. Additionally,

THE 6TH ACT will be the New American Theatre's resident company for the year and HAMLET will be their inaugural production in this theatre. HAMLET will preview on Friday, March 1 at 8pm; and will open on Saturday, March 2 at 8pm and run through Sunday, March 31 at The New American Theatre, 1312 N. Wilton Place in Hollywood.

The 6th Act presents a HAMLET as we've never seen it before: Five actors of different races, genders and ages will all play Hamlet for one act each in this new production that explores the universal nature of this singular character that still haunts and resonates within us all.
