Masked, which played six months Off-Broadway this season, will receive an industry presentation in Los Angeles on Monday, March 10.

"An explosive play about three Palestinian brothers, Masked tackles the cultural divide at the heart of the Middle East conflict, and depicts the tragedy of one family torn between obligations, kinship, principles and survival. Masked has been performed continuously across Israel and has been mounted in over 100 productions worldwide," describe press notes.

The Los Angeles presentation is directed by Matt August (16 Wounded; Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas) and stars Sam Golzari (American Dreamz), Sam Younis (24, The New American) and Elijah Alexander (Summerland, JAG, Mr. & Mrs. Smith).

The New York producers hope to find west coast producing partners for a theatrical run. Film rights are also available.

A special industry presentation will take place at The Ivy Substation Theater, 9070 Venice Blvd., Culver City, CA 90232 on Monday, March 10, 2008 at 3pm.

Ilan Hatsor (Playwright) was born and raised in Israel. He is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Theatre Department where he teaches acting and dramatic writing.
