LESBIAN LOVE IN SHORTS Comes to Los Angeles LGBT Center's Renberg Theatre

Los Angeles LGBT Center's Lily Tomlin/Jane Wagner Cultural Arts Center and Andrea Meyerson Productions have announced a special, one-night-only event - an evening of lesbian-themed film shorts. Some of the best films, many award-winning, from the 2018 festival circuit will be screened at the Center's Renberg Theatre on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 7pm.

The films include:
POP ROX - Written by Alyssa Lerner, Directed by Nate Trinrud
FOXY TROT - Written and Directed by Lisa Donato
MARGUERITE - Written and Directed by Marianne Farley
BOIHOOD - Written and Directed by Rhea Bozzacchi
SALAMAGAN - Written by Alyssa Lerner, Directed by Elisa Oh
GETTING STARTED - Written and Directed by Andrea Meyerson

The Evening's Schedule:

6:00-7:00pm ?? Hosted VIP pre-reception with complimentary wine and cheese with cast and crew, preferred seating for screenings

7:00-9:00pm ?? Film program followed by Q & A with cast and crew members

9:00-11:30pm ?? Party with complimentary dinner buffet, DJ, and dancing

General admission tickets ($30) include the screenings, Q & A, and after-party. VIP tickets ($50) include the general admission items along with a hosted wine and cheese pre-reception with cast and crew, red carpet, photos, and preferred seating for the film program. Seats are on sale now and may be purchased online at www.lalgbtcenter.org/theatre or by phone at (323) 860-7300. Net proceeds from all ticket sales will support the full range of free and low-cost programs and services offered by the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

Los Angeles LGBT Center's Renberg Theatre is located at 1125 N. McCadden Place (one block east of Highland, just north of Santa Monica Boulevard), in Hollywood, 90038. PLEASE NOTE: Due to construction, parking is no longer available onsite. Limited parking is available at The Center's Highland facility, one block north of The Village. Allow extra time to find street parking or choose public transportation or a ride sharing service.
