Julio Martinez-hosted Arts in Review - celebrating the best in live theater and cabaret in Greater Los Angeles - airs Friday (2-2:30pm) on KPFK (90.7FM). Today, June 6, Arts in Review spotlights Broadway stars Linda Eder and Constantine James Maroulis, soon to be headlining Ford Theater's Night After the Tonys concert on June 9. Linda Eder made her Broadway debut in the musical Jekyll & Hyde, for which she received 1997Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle nominations, as well as the Theatre World Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Eder has performed in concert halls across the country including 4 Carnegie Hall Concerts, Radio City Music Hall with the Boston Pops, released 15 solo albums and made her Broadway debut originating the role of Lucy Harris in the Musical Jekyll & Hyde.

Constantine James Maroulis, from Wyckoff, New Jersey, was the sixth-place finalist on the fourth season of the reality television series American Idol, and received a nomination for the Tony Award for Best Performance by a Leading Actor in a Musical for his role in Rock of Ages. He starred in the title role in Jekyll and Hyde on Broadway, for which he received a Drama League Award Nomination for a Distinguished Performance Award.
