Comic Con for Kids 'Kid Kon' Debuts This June at Pasadena Convention Center

Kid Kon, California's only comic con for kids, debuts June 10-11th, at the Pasadena Convention Center! Kick off your summer vacation with the event that will become a rite of passage for young geeks-in-training. This thrilling inaugural year features a ton of unique and exciting experiences like Jedi training, laser tag, kid's yoga classes, arts & crafts, interactive panels, an expansive vendors room with plenty of goodies for sale, and free concerts!

"My wife and I are fans of just about everything," says Kid Kon creator Jose Prendes. "We've raised our kids to appreciate pop culture and so we all spend a lot of time at conventions together as a family, and were shocked to find that there wasn't an event that catered to kid-friendly pop culture, so we decided to put one together ourselves and give the young fans out there a comic con of their very own."

Kid Kon also brings you the celebrity guests kids want to meet the most. Our guest of honor is DJ Lance Rock from the uber popular show YO GABBA GABBA, who will be there all weekend, and host a dance party to close out the event on Sunday in style.
