WHBPAC to Screen IN A WORLD, 10/11-12
As part of its "Finest in World Cinema" series, the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center will screen director Lake Bell's hilarious and heart-felt comedy In A World on Friday, October 11 at 7:30pm and on Saturday, October 12 at 4:00pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $15 for adults, $9 for students/seniors, and $5 for WHBPAC Film Society members.
Lake Bell (No Strings Attached, "Children's Hospital") stars in In a World..., a comedy about a struggling vocal coach who strikes it big in the cutthroat world of movie-trailer voiceovers, only to find herself in direct competition with the industry's reigning king-her father. Amidst pride, sexism and family dysfunction, she sets out to pursue her aspirations of becoming a voiceover star and change the voice of a generation.
In A World... is in English, Rated R, and 1 hr. 33 min. long.
