Presented within the intimate environment of Patchogue Theatre, The Gateway's Holiday Spectacular On Icebrings beloved holiday songs to life while emphasizing the beauty, grace, and artistry of figure skating. Featuring show-stopping singers and dancers, astonishing performance artistry, and even a few canine capers, this family-friendly musical celebration is literally the "coolest" show for all ages this season.

The Gateway's Holiday Spectacular On Ice stars championship figure skaters Rohene Ward and Ricky Dornbush and features Big Apple Circus' long-time animal trainer and presenter Jenny Vidbel with her performing dogs.

Rohene Ward is one of the world's hottest figure skating talents and sought out on-ice performers right now. He is the current US Open Champion and the 2015 Choreographer of the year. He is an Olympic Coach and choreographer and most well-known for his work with United States National Champion and Olympian Jason Brown. Rohene competed in seven US Championships and is famous for his ability to jump in both directions. He is a double United States Figure Skating Gold Medalist, the 2004 Puerto Rican National Champion, and has skated as a principal in The Gateway's Holiday Spectacular On Ice in years past.

Ricky Dornbush is a four-time national competitor and the 2011 United States National Silver Medalist. Only 25 years old, he has competed on Team USA since 2010 and has quickly become one of our nation's favorite performers. He competed at the 2011 World Championships and was an alternate for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. He is most well-known for charm and ability to deliver a playful performance that leaves the crowd smiling.

Jenny Vidbel is a third-generation circus performer and animal trainer who grew up traveling with her grandparents and their animals in various circuses throughout the United States. At age twelve she trained her first pony, and presented him in her grandparents' own show, Vidbel's Old Tyme Circus, which she later owned and managed. As she grew, so did her deep love for animals. Over the years she has trained and presented a 12-pony drill team, a 2,000-pound draft horse, goats, llamas, a large variety of mutts straight from the shelter, a capybara, and an African porcupine!

Additional on-stage and ice performers include Chase Belmontes, Quinn Chambers, Christina Cleveland, Gene Holmes, Demetra Koris, Danielle Logano, Brandee Malto, Demis Maryannakis, Allison Merges, Allie Noel, Annette Rizea, and Ilana Sedaka.
