Fadeyev Ballet announces its second annual production of The Nutcracker, starring Prima Ballerina Veronika Part as the Sugar Plum Fairy.

Conceived and choreographed by Artistic Director Yaroslav Fadeyev and Ballet Mistress Juliana Fadeyev, Fadeyev Ballet's Nutcracker is a family-friendly presentation of this holiday classic. Mr. Fadeyev and Miss Part are both graduates of the famed Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia. They both danced with the world-class Mariinsky (Kirov) Ballet and share a deep Russian connection.

Miss Part, formerly a Principal Dancer at ABT, exemplifies the Russian style of classical ballet that Mr Fadeyev teaches at his school in Greenvale, NY.

Fadeyev Ballet's Nutcracker will be performed at the Jeanne Rimsky Theater in Landmark on Main Street, Port Washington, NY on Friday, December 22 at 7pm Saturday, December 23 at 12 noon and 5 pm.

Tickets are $25 and sold at FadeyevBallet.org.
