With more than 200 stand-up performances around the nation each year, Collins is an institution in the business of making people laugh. He's performed before audiences in everything from intimate clubs to concert halls in New York City, from cruise ships to Vegas casinos, for decades, building a loyal fan base and attracting new followers at every show.

Known for his biting humor and spot-on observations about everyday life, he has opened for such showbiz stars as Frank Sinatra, Cher, Julio Iglesias, Tony Bennett and Dolly Parton. A former host of "VH-1's Standup Spotlight," he has been a hit in numerous television shows and movies, including the 2010 film "I am Comic," and he is regularly featured on XM Satellite Radio.

His new smash hit CD, "I'm on the Boat: Women and Children First," focuses on Bobby's experiences in Raleigh, N.C., and during a recent comedy tour he did in Bangladesh.
