The Comedy Club at Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce the line up for 2011. From comedy legends, to Bay Street favorites, Bay Street has a comedian to tickle every funny bone. All shows start at 8 pm.

To kick off the comedy series, Bay Street warms up audiences on Saturday, July 2 with RICHARD BELZER. Belzer has played Detective Munch on a record-setting ten different television series- Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law and Order: Trial By Jury, Homicide, The X-Files, The Beat, M.O.N.Y., Sesame Street, The Wire and Arrested Development. He began show business with Groove Tube. Off Broadway credits include THE NATIONAL LAMPOON SHOW with Bill Murray, Gilda Radner and John Belushi, on radio in Brink and Belzer on WNBC; and in film Fame; Author! Author! Night Shift, Scarface, Man on the Moon, Species II, Get on the Bus, Girl 6, A Very Brady Sequel, North, The Bonfire of the Vanities and The Big Picture. Belzer starred in his own HBO comedy special, Another Lone Nut and in the six-part Showtime series The Richard Belzer Show. He also hosted When Cars Attack, Hot Properties, Crime Stories.

Next up is PATTON OSWALT, on Monday, July 11. Oswalt has been a headliner at comedy clubs since 1996. He has appeared on his own standup specials on Comedy Central and HBO. In 2002 he was chosen by Entertainment Weekly's as the "it" comedian for that year. Other television appearances include Late Night With Conan O'Brien, Seinfeld, and NewsRadio. He also spent two seasons as a writer for MADtv and has written for the MTV Music Video Awards. He is currently writing screenplays and has appeared in films including Magnolia, Man on the Moon, and Starsky & Hutch.

More fun on Monday, July 18 will be with the standup comedy of Fred Armisen, sponsored by Mygofer.com. Armisen is a comedian, actor and musician best known for being a cast member on Saturday Night Live. He is also the co-creator and co-star of the IFC sketch series Portlandia. He has appeared on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Crank Yankers, and Adult Swim. Film credits include Eurotrip, Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo, Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, Deck The Halls, The Ex, The Promotion, The Rocker, and Confessions of a Shopaholic. He has numerous recurring characters on SNL and his list of impressions includes Barack Obama, Prince, Steve Jobs and Joy Behar.

Patrice O'Neal brings his comedy to the Bay Street stage on Monday, July 25. O'Neal has toured across the country and has had specials on Comedy Central Presents, Showtime, and HBO including One Night Stand and Def Comedy Jam. He has recorded a CD/DVD entitled Patrice O'Neal - Elephant In The Room. He was a regular on Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. He has a recurring role on The Office, and has been on other shows including Late Night with Conan O'Brien, The Late Show with David Letterman, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Jury, and Ed.

The laughs continue in August beginning with ELAYNE BOOSLER on Monday, August 15. She started her stand up comedy when she met Any Kaufman. Boosler was the first female to get her own comedy special on cable when Showtime aired Party of One. Following rave reviews Showtime gave her a deal for three more specials. She is often credited as opening new doors for women in comedy. Other cable specials include: Broadway Baby, Top Tomata, Live Nude Girls, Elayne Boosler's Midnight Hour, Comedy From Here, and The Call. Boosler also appeared on the television hit Night Court.

Tom Papa returns to the Bay Street stage on Monday, August 22. Papa delighted Bay Street audiences with his previous performances. He is currently the host of NBC's The Marriage Ref with a season two launch date in early summer. In addition to doing the late night shows, he has also been busy with films which include The Informant, Analyze That, The Life Coach, Bee Movie, and The Haunted World of El Superbeasto. Other television includes Adventures of Old Christine, VH1's I Love the ‘70's, I Love the ‘80's, and I Love the ‘90's. He had his own series entitled Come To Papa.

Enjoy a special performance on Monday, August 29 with Andrea Martin: Final Days! Everything Must Go! Legendary Emmy®- and Tony®-Award winning comedienne Andrea Martin in her hilarious new one-woman show. From SCTV on television to YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN on Broadway to My Big Fat Greek Wedding on screen, Andrea Martin brings a bounty of characters & decades of award-winning performances to this high-octane program. Final Days! Everything Must GO!! is a 'tag sale' comedy and musical extravaganza, where everything is up for grabs in which Martin opens the book on her life in song, story and a bit of Greek dancing. Featuring musical accompanist and YouTube sensation, Seth Rudetsky.
