Ticket Summit Opens Annual Call for Speakers

Ticket Summit, the leading conference and trade show for the live entertainment and ticketing industry, recently opened its annual call for speakers. Experts in various fields are invited to propose a session for the next Ticket Summit conference and trade show, scheduled for July 16-18, 2014 at ARIA Las Vegas.

Ticket Summit will accept session proposals from January 6, 2014 through February 28, 2014. Potential speakers are asked to submit an application outlining their session topic and structure, speaking history, and area of expertise.

Throughout March, after the call for speakers has closed, Ticket Summit attendees will be able vote on the proposed sessions. The sessions that receive the highest number of votes will be included in the conference schedule in July. Ticket Summit introduced the call for speakers and voting last year, in advance of the July 2013 conference.

"Our attendees will be pleased to once again help shape the content of the conference," said Dr. Molly A. Mérez, Executive Director, Ticket Summit. "Both potential speakers and attendees will assist our team to craft a conference schedule that provides informative and entertaining sessions to help attendees stay current on industry issues."
