Applauded singer-impressionist and comedian Tom Stevens returns to the Suncoast Showroom for two performances, August 20 and 21, each evening at 7:30 p.m.

Stevens performs his one-man show throughout the country, paying tribute to more than 25 singers, including Tom Jones, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley, Ray Charles, Anthony Newley, Willie Nelson, Julio Iglesias, Bobby Darin, Louis Armstrong, Cher, Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.

Along with his remarkable singing tributes, Stevens is renowned for impressions of such celebrities as Jerry Lewis, Jimmy Stewart, Bill Clinton, George Burns, Paul Lynde, Johnny Carson, Jay Leno, Carol Channing, Bill Cosby, Robert DeNiro and more.

To capture every nuance of his subjects, Stevens spends countless hours perfecting each impression, focusing on every vocal and physical aspect of the artist he's portraying. His characterizations are so uncanny that he's been accused of lip-synching - a criticism he takes as a compliment to his many years of hard work.

A native New Yorker, Stevens began his career appearing in clubs on the East Coast. His incredible likeness of Dean Martin's looks and crooning abilities were put to the true test when he performed at the fourth annual Dean Martin Festival in Martin's hometown, Steubenville, Ohio. The overwhelming response to Tom's impression -- not only Dino's fans, but the people who knew Dean Martin when he was Dino Crocetti -- provided Tom with return engagements to headline the festival for years to come. At the festival, Tom had the pleasure of meeting and singing with Dean Martin's daughter, Deana Martin-Griffeth, who enthusiastically approved Tom's portrayal of her father, saying she'd "never seen anyone look and sound more like my Daddy."

Showtime each evening is 7:30 p.m. Tickets are available for $10, plus tax and convenience fees. Tickets can be purchased at any Coast Casinos box office, by calling 702.636.7075 or visiting www.suncoastcasino.com.
