'Series at The Pub' Kicks Off with Singer/Songwriter Colin Hay & Glam Metal Band Ratt

Monte Carlo welcomes singer/songwriter Colin Hay as he kicks-off the "Concert Series at The Pub" Friday, July 30 at 10 p.m. Hay began his music career as the front man, principal songwriter and lead singer for the Australian pop sensation Men At Work, who were known for songs such as "Overkill," "Who Can It Be Now?" and the smash hit "Down Under." For the past 10 years, Hay has found himself quietly reintroducing himself to a new generation of fans. His music also has been used for the soundtracks of the film Garden State and the hit TV show Scrubs. Hay released his latest album, American Sunshine, in August 2009 which is filled with pop, rock and acoustic songs.

RATT
American glam metal band Ratt will rock the crowd at The Pub Thursday, Aug. 5 at 10 p.m. Ratt, best known for songs, "Round and Round," "Wanted Man" and "Lay It Down," began their career in Southern California in 1976 and released their first studio album Ratt EP in 1983. More than 20 years and seven albums later, the band released their latest album, Infestation, in April 2010 which reached No. 30 on Billboard's Top 200 chart.
