GOD LIVES IN GLASS Presentation Featuring JERSEY BOYS, THE LION KING, et al. to Aid Homeless Families
Some of the most exciting musical and theatrical talent from the Las Vegas entertainment community, including performers and musicians from "Jersey Boys", "The Lion King", "Phantom: the Las Vegas Spectacular", "Love", "Nunsense", and "Menopause the Musical", will join their hearts, and voices together on Saturday September 10th and Sunday, September 11th at 1:30 p.m. to present a special concert performance of the new musical, "God Lives in Glass."
The concert will take place at UNLV's Judy Bayley Theatre. Tickets are $25, and can be purchased by calling (702) 895-2787 or online at unlvtickets.com. All proceeds will benefit two Las Vegas non-profit organizations: Family Promise of Las Vegas, which gives assistance to homeless families in the Las Vegas Valley, and The Nevada Conservatory Theatre, whose mission is to elevate Theatrical Arts in Las Vegas. The concert will commemorate the ten-year anniversary of the events of September 11th, 2001 which inspired the writing and the original production of "God Lives in Glass" as a way of reaching across racial, cultural and religious boundaries to promote global unity acceptance of cultural diversity.
