CSI: The Experience Donates CLUB CSI Books to Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip
CSI: The Experience at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino stopped by Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip to donate copies of the "CLUB CSI" book series. This donation is in conjunction with both Hard Rock Cafes in Las Vegas' yearlong "Rock the Cause" movement, where each month is dedicated to a specific cause, with August focusing on our future generations.
CSI: The Experience's books, along with others, will be presented to Spread the Word NV on "donation day," Friday, Aug. 31.
Based on the popular CBS television series, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, "CLUB CSI" features a crew of Las Vegas junior high school students inspired by their forensic science class to form a "Club CSI" to solve crimes and mysteries at school. The first three books of the series are now available, The Case of the Mystery Meat Loaf, The Case of the Missing Moola and The Case of the Disappearing Dogs. The fourth book, The Case of the Ruined Ram, will be available to purchase on Tuesday, Aug. 28. The CLUB CSI series is published by Simon Spotlight, an imprint of Simon & Schuster Children's Publishing, and CBS Consumer Products.
About CSI: The Experience
CSI: The Experience is a challenging and fun multi-sensory attraction that places guests in the role of a crime scene investigator as they solve one of three true-to-life mysteries. The unique experience spans an impressive 12,000 square feet and features meticulous crime scene recreations and two state-of-the-art crime labs. Through hands-on activities and the use of real equipment, patrons are given the tools to gather the evidence, investigate the scene and solve the crime.
CSI: The Experience is located at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino and is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the last entry at 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at the MGM Grand Box Office or by phone at (702) 891- 7006 or (877) 660- 0660.
