Video: The MTH Theater at Crown Center presents A SPECTACULAR CHRISTMAS SHOW

The MTH Theater at Crown Center is pleased to announce casting for its annual Christmas revue A Spectacular Christmas Show, directed by MTH Associate Producer Tim Scott. The entirely Kansas City based company features some of the finest singers and dancers in the area. The ensemble includes Taylor Avazpour, Katie Bartow, Sydney Benton, Amy Hurrelbrink, Lily Nicholas, Chris Owen, Fisher Stewart, Robert Erik Sobbe, and Morgan Walker.

Staying true to its mission and tradition, this year's all new production will feature holiday music taken from Musical Theater, as well as innovative arrangements of holiday classics. Adding to the energy and excitement of the production will be the original choreography provided by Kenny Personett, and several original arrangements by MTH resident Music Director Jeremy Watson.

"There are so many options to see and hear great Christmas music all over Kansas City. What makes our show unique is the dynamic movement and choreography in addition to the inclusion of musical theater holiday songs, many of which have become Christmas classics. We'll have all the razzle-dazzle of a big musical, yet still retain the sacred and beauty of the season," said Scott.
