The Barn Kids Present Disney's CINDERELLA-KIDS, 6/17-19

The Barn Kids, grades 3-7, will present the Disney classic CINDERELLA-KIDS next week the evenings of June 17th, 18th and 19th at the Barn Players Theatre, 6219 Martway in Mission at 7:30 p.m. The production follows the first of two summer theatre workshops where the youngsters learned about theatre and stage presentations. Diane Bulan is the workshop and production director.

Disney's CINDERELLA-KIDS features a wonderful musical score including "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" and the classic "Bibbidi-Boppidi-Boo", all performed in show-stopping fashion by the young cast. The show is rated "G" for all ages.

Cinderella, mistreated by her sisters and step-mother, is denied a chance to go to the Royal Ball. But with help from her mice friends and Fairy Godmother she attends the Ball, meets the Prince and falls in love. With only a glass slipper the Prince scours the Kingdom to find the foot that it fits. Of course there is a happy ending as Cinderella and the Prince live happily ever-after.

Following a second Barn Kids summer theatre workshop in July another production of "CINDERELLA-KIDS" with an entirely different cast will be presented July 22, 23 and 24th.
