Christmas comes but once a year...and for Right Between the Ears, Christmas comes to Lawrence's Liberty Hall on Thanksgiving weekend. The nationally broadcast comedy show will present a live performance of the 2009 Christmas show at Liberty Hall on Saturday, November 28 at 8:00pm.

The annual holiday show promises a spicy brew of seasonal spoofery, including "Christmas at the White House", starring Barack Obama and a who's who of political insiders, from Bill and Hillary Clinton to Rush Limbaugh and Bob Dole. Also on the menu - "A Palin Family Christmas" with vice-presidential wannabe Sarah Palin, take-offs on the Balloon Boy hoax, swine flu, crazy iPhone apps, Bob Dylan's new Christmas CD and more, along with commercials for Jiffy Pants ("the tasty treat you make in your pants") and the Toilet Butler, plus plenty of fractured holiday carols.

Tickets for the Liberty Hall show range from $15.50 to $19.50 and are on sale now the Liberty Hall box office or at the show's website, www.rightbetweentheears.com.

Right Between the Ears is a four-time winner of the Gold Medal as Best Comedy Show at the New York Festivals and is produced by Darrell Brogdon. Cast members include David Greusel, John Jessup, Andi Meyer, Rick Tamblyn and Roberta Solomon. The show airs every Saturday at 7:00pm Central on Laugh USA (Sirius 105/XM 151) and Sundays at 7:00pm on the stations of Kansas Public Radio (KANU, Lawrence; KANH, Emporia; KANV, Junction City).
