BrightWave Media Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content & Guest Post Outreach Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest posting, content coordination, and communication with webmasters or publishers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach to websites for guest post opportunities
• Negotiate placements and publishing terms
• Coordinate content submission and link placements
• Maintain records of published posts and live links
• Communicate effectively with clients and publishers
• Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of guest posting / link building
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience with outreach tools or email communication is a plus
• Self-motivated and reliable
