Stage Management Intern, Performing Arts
The Stamford JCC Performing Arts Department is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the production team of our spring production, Singin’ in the Rain JR., as a Stage Management Intern. This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience supporting the stage management and production process for a musical theatre performance. The intern will work closely with the production team during rehearsals, technical preparation, and performance. Opportunity to stay on through early June for a multi-production Stage and Production Management experience, working closely with our Production Associate.
This opportunity is ideal for students or early-career artists seeking practical experience in stage management within a youth-focused performing arts environment.
Responsibilities:
Work efficiently and positively with children and teaching artists
Minimum Qualifications:
Be available all-day April 18 & April 19
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Academic credit may be available if required by the intern’s educational institution (documentation to be provided by the intern)
