Operations Manager

Location: Williamson County Performing Arts Center Position: Operations Manager *As the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining all aspects of the Williamson County Performing Arts Center and grounds.

*The successful candidate will be responsible for all details of the theater and facility rental, theater tours, client contracting and coordination.

* This position will report directly to the Performing Arts Director.

* The Operations Manager oversees all front of house duties to include ticketing and concessions.

*The Operations Manager must have a passion for the theater's mission and dedication to excellence.

* The Operations Manager maintains reports to include facility checklists, events, client walk through, and after action.

* The Operations Manager must be flexible to work days/evenings/weekends as needed.

* The Operations Manager schedules front line staff, conducts orientation and Ticketor training for part time staff.

* The Operations Manager serves as administrator for Ticketor online ticketing system. Creates ticketing for all events in theater. Operates Ticketor ticketing software and WCPR software for cash ticket sales. Qualifications:

Degree in Theater Management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary: $19.61 per hour Department Head or County Official reserves the right to consider applicants within his/her department or the County Government prior to considering other applicants.
