Opening Up: A Benefit Fundraiser - The Drama Company NYC

The Drama Company NYC is seeking musical theater performers of all types to participate in a live in person musical review. This review is titled Opening Up: A Celebration of Performing Arts in New York City. This review will consist of Musical Theater songs to celebrate the reopening of live performing arts venues in New York City. It will be done as a fundraiser to benefit The Drama Company NYC. All proceeds raised will go towards being able to produce a live show in a New York City performing arts venue at reduced capacity.



To participate: Musical Theater performers must have a song prepared and ready to go! You can sing literally any musical theater song you want to, as long as you have your own pre-recorded accompaniment or a backing track. Solo's will be accepted however preference will be given to those who can do a duet, trio, or small group number.



YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE to record your song live in person in Harlem NYC on Saturday March 13th or Sunday March 14th. Absolutely anyone who would like to come together with your fellow artists and sing some showtunes to help raise money to get a non-profit theater company back in a live venue is welcome!
