We have acting classes available for ages 4 & up. Private lessons are available on request. Classes occur Mondays & Tuesdays this fall! Classes are $20 per student per class. Contact us about scholarship opportunities!

Spotlight Acting Studio is run by Sheri Whittington. Sheri has been involved with the Tampa theater scene for over 40 years.

Spotlight Acting Studio offers classes for stage and screen with a proven success record of students currently working in theatre and film. Our lessons inspire students, spark creativity, and build compassion and confidence in a nurturing environment. Theatre inherently teaches social, and emotional skills such as self-awareness, social awareness, and responsible decision-making. Perhaps more critical for our future, the arts teach empathy and understanding.

Theatre and dramatic arts have long been the most immediate and engaging form of storytelling, and it is through stories, we know ourselves and each other. Students will receive top-notch training while building self-esteem and confidence. As bonuses, students learn to celebrate individuality, build wonderful friendships, and have fun!
