DIRECTOR OF TALENT AND OPERATIONS - WNDW (formerly PMD Media)

The Director of Talent and Operations is a full-time leadership role inside our Times Square area headquarters, offering a hybrid schedule of 4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote. We’re looking for a bright, energetic person to help hire, train, and supervise our diverse field marketing staff.



Role would be a great fit for someone with Company Manager and/or Street Team Manager experience



Essential Functions:

- Hiring, training and supervising Field Marketing Representatives

- Field personnel routing & daily planning for 60+ U.S. Markets

- Out of town trip planning for staff and occasional national travel (for Director)

- Workflow evaluation

- Payroll



Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Human Resource: Managing, supervision and training abilities

- Street-team and/or Brand Ambassador team leadership experience

- Google Workspace (mapping, docs, sheets, slides)

- UPS platform

- Business writing & communication

- PEO application (we use “Justworks” for Taxes, Unemployment, Onboarding and HR details)



Qualifications:

- College graduate with Bachelor's degree or higher

- 3 to 5 years minimum team management experience with direct reports

- Human Resources experience a plus

- Street-team and/or Brand Ambassador team leadership experience a plus

- Friendly, outgoing, organized

- Ability to establish and meet deadlines and handle situations that might be high pressure

- Culture fit in a tight-knit, small company



Benefits:

- $80,000 - $100,000 base salary
