The Company Management Apprentice is a key member of the Artistic Administration team under the primary supervision of the Company Manager. Over the course of a season, this position offers exposure to the company management and administrative operations of a major regional theatre with a focus on artist hospitality. Duties may include:

● Coordinating travel and housing accommodations

● Completing various administrative tasks

● Transporting artists in company vehicles

● Sharing weekly “on-call” responsibilities with the Company Management team

● Working with the Company Management team to carry out physical tasks, such as moving furniture or loading items into company vehicles. Applicants should have:

● Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

● Calm and flexibility during potentially stressful situations

● Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

● A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Candidates with experiences in company management, stage management, or arts administration are encouraged to apply. Stipend: $400 per week.

Shared company housing inclusive of private bedroom, internet, and basic utilities within 6 miles of the theatre is available to rent for $200 per week.

Apprentice Schedule: An average of 40 hrs/week is anticipated for this position.

Length of Company Management Apprenticeship: January 31st (or Feb 3rd) – July 1, 2022
