Are you ready to be part of one of the oldest and most beloved theaters in the country? As a Box Office Agent, you'll be the friendly face that welcomes guests to unforgettable performances! This role is perfect for teachers, homemakers, students, and anyone who is looking to get a little extra money and thrives in a vibrant atmosphere filled with theatre and hospitality.



In this position, you'll assist our guests with their ticketing needs, ensuring they have a wonderful experience from the moment they arrive. You may be responsible for selling tickets and managing will-call at the Box Office or working the counter at our T3 Bar serving drinks and snacks before the show and during intermissions. (Extra tips!)



Availability:

We offer flexible scheduling, with shifts typically on Thursday through Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, plus occasional daytime shifts on Wednesdays and Saturdays.



Starting Pay: $12 per hour



Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Ensuring ticket orders are accurate from sale to redemption.

- Bringing your exceptional phone, computer, and multi-tasking skills to the forefront.

- Providing outstanding service to all guests and artists.

- Executing daily opening and closing procedures with speed and precision.

- Becoming an expert on all programming events at T3, including rentals and special events.

- Assisting with concessions and bar service during productions.

- Keeping our patron areas clean and welcoming.

- Other duties as assigned.
