Romanza January Gathering at the Reef

Romanza St. Augustine's first Gathering of 2017 will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 from 5:00 - 7:00pm at The Reef, 4100 Coastal Highway, Vilano Beach. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be provided and a cash bar offering selections from their full bar will be available.

This Gathering will offer a very special program for our St. Augustine Arts Community: a forum of three speakers who will bring to the table ideas on the process and prospectsof opening and operating a Performing Arts Center (PAC), and of working together, with or without a Performing Arts Center. The Architecture firm of DLR Group Westlake Reed Leskosky in Washington, DCis sending two representatives of their firm, Paul Siemborski and Falynn Schmidt, to address our St. Augustine Arts community. They have proposed renovations to the RECORD building on SR312 for a PAC. Eric Becher PhD, of Vavarde Strategic Funding, will lead a discussion of how arts groups, including individual artists, can cooperate and benefit on matters such as fundraising, back-office, etc. For more information on St. Augustine's performing arts center, visit and "like" facebook.com/StAugustineCenter.
