Norma at TEATRO REGIO

Norma is an opera by Vincenzo Bellini.
We are in the time of the Roman occupation by Gaul. Norma is a priestess of Gaul, but was also the lover of the consul Pollio, with whom he had two sons.
A young priestess Adalgisa, Norma tells of not being a virgin and asks Norma to dissolve the deal he made with the divinity. Norma is in the same situation, then accept the request.
